Sending a Bamboo Gift for Christmas?
As a small Australian business we are proud to support Australia Post by entrusting them to deliver all orders that are placed with our store.
As you are probably aware, there have been major disruptions with the AusPost network both domestically and internationally due to the impact of COVID-19, not to mention the significant surge of online shopping / parcel deliveries moving through their system.
With four children we are only too aware of how frustrating it can to order a gift online only to have it arrive too late for Santa's visit, so we want to make sure that you have as much visibility as possible on when you should place an order with us.
We always try to post orders within one business day, however we have no control of an order once it is in the hands of AusPost so cannot guarantee that even if you do adhere to these dates that your order will actually arrive before Christmas (sorry!)
We therefore recommend that you place any Christmas order with us as early as possible, but definitely before the AusPost cut-off dates below.
