Which shipping service / carrier do you use?
As a small Australian business we are proud to support Australia Post (AusPost) and entrust them to deliver all orders that are placed with our store.
As we do use AusPost exclusively, the best way to track and manage your delivery is with their mobile app so please click the link below which takes you straight to the app download page (n.b. opens in a new window):
What sort of packaging do you use?
Where we can and to ensure that you receive your bamboo item/s in the best condition possible, we carefully fold and individually pack each item in 100% home compostable Ecomailers™ made from corn starch, PLA (vegetable-based plastic material) and PBAT (composting co-polymer).
We then place these compostable bags into an AusPost shipping satchel which is made from 80% recycled plastic and if required, can be re-used when sending items back to us for refunds or exchanges (please just remember to remove or cross-out the original shipping label details if you do re-use the AusPost satchel).
For more bulky packages like our bamboo sheets and quilt cover sets, we might decide to use a shipping courier instead of AusPost.
