- The measurements shown above are body measurements
- If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler
- Bust: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest/bust
- Waist: Bend to the side to find a natural body crease - this is your natural waistline. Measure across this point
- Hip: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear
Bamboo jersey fabric is soft and stretchy so there is some flexibility between sizes - if in doubt size down.

Garment Measurements (in cms):
Sizing is quite generous - if in doubt size down. I am a curvy 14 and wear size Large :)
As a general guide, the waist stretched size is just a bit smaller than the hip measurement. The 1/2 chest is measured as the front has extra material with the pleat detail.
