  • If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler
  • Bust: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest/bust
  • Waist: Bend to the side to find a natural body crease - this is your natural waistline. Measure across this point
  • Hip: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear
