Returns & Exchanges Policy
Sit back and relax… we’re here to help!
If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make things right with a refund, exchange, or replacement (depending on the circumstances).
Bedding & Sheets
We know you’ll love our bamboo sheets, but please choose carefully: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on sheets that are unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If your sheets are faulty, we will happily replace them or offer a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on sheets once they’ve been opened or used.
Exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size (it happens!), we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Please email shop@bambooisland.com.au with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please try to reuse the original compostable mailer to protect the item in transit.

Change-of-mind exchanges must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping costs for exchanges are at your expense. We recommend using registered or express post, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
We cannot accept items that are soiled, stained, contain pet hair, or smell of detergent, smoke, or perfume.
Refunds
A refund will be approved if:

The item is returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

The item is in saleable condition

Proof of purchase is provided

The return is received within 60 days of purchase
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to four weeks (though most are quicker) to see the refund appear in your account.
Please note: We cannot accept items that are soiled, stained, contain pet hair, or smell of detergent, smoke, or perfume.
Faulty Products
We take great care to provide only the highest quality bamboo products. If you find a fault, please email shop@bambooisland.com.au with your order number, details, and photos.
We’ll replace faulty items (subject to availability) or offer a full refund. We’ll also cover all postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.

Return Shipping Costs
