- If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler
- Bust: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest/bust
- Waist: Bend to the side to find a natural body crease - this is your natural waistline. Measure across this point
- Hip: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear

* The waist measurement is for the garment laid flat and doesn't account for stretch. As a general guide, the waist stretched size is similar (or just a bit smaller) than the hip measurement. My waist is 103 and my hips are 108 cm. My go-to size is Large for a super comfy relaxed fit (I can even wear Medium for a comfy but more snug fit).
